Cascade Spirits is currently in a soft launch period as we prepare to officially debut our mobile bar in full production. Meet the Spirit Behind the Bar

We’re Breegan and Sean - a husband and wife team who turned our shared love for hospitality (and each other) into a dream business.

With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, we’ve spent our careers creating memorable moments through great service, great food, and yes - great cocktails. We managed a fine dining restaurant together, learned the ins and outs of events, and fell in love in the energy of it all.

Cascade Spirits was born from that passion - a way to bring beautiful, intentional bar service to weddings and private events across the PNW. Breegan handles the creative side, from custom cocktail menus to the aesthetic touches that make each event shine. Sean keeps things running smoothly behind the scene.
